Overall Objectives and Outcomes

Din l-unità tiffoka fuq il-pedagoġija u l-metodoloġija fl-erba’ ħiliet tal-lingwa jiġifieri t-taħdit, is-smigħ, il-qari u l-kitba. It-tagħlim tal-metalingwa fil-kuntest tal-erba’ ħiliet huwa għan ieħor ta’ din l-unità. Jiġu ppreżentati wkoll il-kisbiet mit-tagħlim li jridu jintlaħqu permezz tat-tagħlim tal-Malti fil-Medja u fis-Sekondarja u kif dawn jistgħu jintrabtu flimkien fl-ippjanar u fil-lezzjonijiet. Jiġi mistħarreġ kif dan kollu jidħol fil-qafas l-metodu tematiku waqt l-ippjanar ta’ pjan ta’ ħidma msejjes fuq il-kisbiet tal-erba’ ħiliet. Ladarba s-sistema edukattiva tagħna miexja minn sillabi preskrittivi għal tagħlim ibbażat fuq il-kisbiet mit-tagħlim, din l-unità tipprepara l-parteċipanti sabiex jiżviluppaw il-ħiliet pedagoġiċi u tal-assessjar b’tali mod li jintlaħqu l-għanijiet tal-Qafas tal-Kisbiet mit-tagħlim li fuqu huma mibnija l-programmi tal-kisbiet tal-Malti.

By the end of this programme, participants should be able to:

Competences

a. Iħaddmu metodi pedagoġiċi effettivi fit-tagħlim tal-kisbiet tal-ħiliet tal-lingwa Maltija;

b. Jidentifikaw liema huma l-kisbiet minn ħiliet differenti li jistgħu jintrabtu flimkien;

c. Jiżviluppaw pjan ta’ ħidma msejjes fuq il-kisbiet mit-tagħlim u l-metodu tematiku;

d. Jippjanaw lezzjonijiet b’attivitajiet tat-tagħlim u l-assessjar biex jintlaħqu l-kisbiet;

e. Jikkonsolidaw fil-prattika teoriji li ltaqgħu magħhom f’din l-unità;

f. Japplikaw prattiċi pedagoġiċi effettivi u kreattivi fit-tagħlim tal-Malti.

Knowledge 

a. Janalizzaw u jifhmu l-qafas tal-kisbiet mit-tagħlim u t-terminoloġija marbuta miegħu;

b. Jevalwaw ir-rabta bejn il-kisba, l-attivitajiet tat-tagħlim u l-assessjar;

c. Jipproponu siti uffiċjali fejn isibu d-dokumentazzjoni li tgħinhom jibnu l-pjan ta’ ħidma skont il-kisbiet;

d. Japprezzaw ir-riċerka lokali u barranija dwar it-tagħlim tal-ħiliet tal-lingwa u l-metodu tematiku;

e. Jirriflettu fuq prattiċi tajbin tat-tagħlim diskussi waqt din l-unità;

f. Jevalwaw b’mod kritiku letteratura u kitba ta’ riċerka dwar it-tagħlim tal-Malti skont il-kisbiet u jikkunsidrawha waqt l-ippjanar tal-lezzjonijiet;

g. Janalizzaw ir-riżorsi li għandhom biex jaraw l-effetività tagħhom.

Skills

a. Ifasslu pjan ta’ ħidma skont il-kisbiet, l-età, iż-żmien disponibbli u l-interessi tal-istudenti;

b. Jagħżlu u jorbtu l-kisbiet minn ħiliet differenti;

c. Jiddeterminaw liema huma l-attivitajiet għat-tagħlim l-aktar effettivi biex tintlaħaq il-kisba;

d. Joħolqu materjal u riżorsi li jgħinuhom jilħqu l-kisbiet u jassessjawhom;

e. Ifasslu strateġiji ta’ kif jippreżentaw lill-istudenti kriterji ta’ suċċess imfassla fuq il-kisbiet.

Assessment Methods

This module will be assessed through: Assenjament (90%) li fih jintalab riflessjonijiet u prattiċi marbuta ma dak li ġie mgħallem matul l-unità. Parti żgħira mill-assessjar se jkun marbut mal-parteċipazzjoni (10%) tal-parteċipant (parteċipazzjoni fuq il-forum).
