Lara Muscat is Manager II at Malta’s Superintendence of Public Health, leading initiatives on social determinants of health and collaborating with national and international stakeholders. She is project leader for an EU-funded SDH initiative and has extensive experience managing EU-funded projects in the social sector. Lara previously developed nationwide prevention programs at Sedqa Agency and represented Malta in EU policy meetings in Brussels during the Maltese Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2017. She holds an MSc in Substance Misuse Policy and Prevention from the University of Sussex and a B.Psych (Hons.) from the University of Malta.
