Professor Mark Mifsud is a Chartered Biologist, Environmental Scientist, and Science Teacher with over 28 years of experience in environmental science, education, and sustainable development. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology, he is Professor and outgoing Director of the Centre for Environmental Education and Research at the University of Malta. He coordinates postgraduate programmes in sustainable education and contributes to EU projects, policy development, and international committees on environmental education.
