Mr Clayton Micallef Grimaud is Senior Director (Organisational Culture & Public Engagement) at the National Skills Council, focusing on career guidance, public engagement, and organisational culture. Formerly Clayton was the Managing Director of Esplora Interactive Science Centre. With Master’s degrees in Education, Marketing Management, and Nutrition, Clayton has taught science, led EU projects, and chaired national networks on STEM and career guidance. He frequently speaks internationally on skills, education, and wellbeing.
