Delegate for Catholic Education to assist the Episcopal Conference in the Church’s work on education.
Fr Mark Ellul is presently the Delegate for Catholic Education to assist the Episcopal Conference in the Church’s work on education. He was formerly the Head of School of the Archbishop’s Seminary in Rabat. In 2002 he graduated as a teacher of Biology and Chemistry and taught Biology – Advanced Level at Gian Frangisk Abela Junior College. My interests shifted from lesson planning to character formation and school ethos during later years of studies. Character formation and values education continues to inspire my research. I am deepening my knowledge in this area through the PhD’s Thesis. The working title for this Thesis is ‘What is the role of a school in developing values in its students?’
The Institute for Education is a Further and Higher Education Institution with Licence number 2016-006
