Primary School Teacher From Venice
Stefano Zolli is a primary school teacher from Venice and a father of two. He holds an MA in Oriental Languages from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and lived in Jerusalem between 2004 and 2008, where he deepened his engagement with Israeli culture. His current work focuses on integrating the Ayeka Method into primary education, promoting relational approaches that nurture responsibility, mutual recognition, and growth oriented classroom environments.
The Ayeka Method, developed in Israel by psychiatrist Etan Lwow, is a relational approach to education that strengthens teachers’ presence, emotional regulation, and authentic communication. Grounded in psychological theories of attachment and differentiation of self, it provides practical tools for creating respectful, growth oriented classrooms. By emphasising clear boundaries, emotional literacy, and mutual recognition, Ayeka promotes teacher well being, student responsibility, and meaningful relationships where positive change begins with the adult.
The Institute for Education is a Further and Higher Education Institution with Licence number 2016-006
