• implement the use of digital technologies to address learners’ diverse learning needs, by allowing learners to advance at different levels and speeds, and to follow individual learning pathways and objectives;
• manage the use of digital technologies to foster learners’ active and creative engagement with a subject matter;
• implement digital technologies within pedagogic strategies that foster learners’ transversal skills, deep thinking and creative expression.

• consider and respond to learners’ (digital) expectations, abilities, uses and misconceptions, as well as contextual, physical or cognitive constraints to their use of digital technologies;
• reflect on the different learning pathways, levels and speeds when designing, selecting and implementing digital learning activities;
• appreciate the use of digital technologies that allow learners to actively engage with the subject matter at hand, such as through the use of manipulating virtual objects, varying the problem setup to enquire its structure, to mention a couple of examples.

The learner will be able to:

• effectively design activities and resources to empower learners the need to create their own;
• use a variety of learning activities and resources to empower learners by creating opportunities to reflect on their own learning and bridge gaps;
• assess learning activities and resources, for all learners, including those with special needs;
• evaluate real-world contexts, involving learners in hands-on activities that increase the learners’ active involvement in engaging with the subject matter at hand.
